We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic, hardworking Business Development Specialist in the Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding area.

Responsibilities
The BDS will be responsible for setting up capability meetings, developing proposals based on potential client needs, managing accounts and closing sales. This opportunity offers flexible day-time, part-time work hours. Main duties include:
- Implementing firm’s sales and marketing plan
- Seeking out new business relationships and face to face meetings through cold calling, email campaigns, tradeshows, and other activities
- Accurate recording of activities and client interactions on a regular and consistent basis
- Representing the firm by covering key information clearly, persuasively, and professionally in both written and verbal communications
Requirements
- University/College graduate or technical certification
- Minimum 2 years experience in selling and Customer Relationship Management
- Must be outgoing, self-starter, and not shy to initiate sales
- Strong negotiating, presentation, and selling skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
