Work days and business hours can be specified in multiple calendars for each person, task, process, and workspace. Allows more precise data for more accurate resource modeling and allocation.

From the same interface, administrators can enable or disable a workspace, view active processes and cases on different workspaces, and easily define new workspaces. Previous versions of a workspace can be retrieved or exported.

E-Lock mobiSigner is a joint integrated solution that enables users to securely authenticate transactions, forms, and PDF files within a workflow. Data can be signed in both a web form and/or a PDF file both of which can be verified at any time for authenticity and data integrity. Using digitally signed forms and PDFs provides the necessary security to ensure that users are really signing and authorizing what they intend to sign and authorize.
